Professional Growth at EasyBee AI:

Experiential Qualities (all roles):

• Leadership in Technology: Some experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and directing project strategies. Experience as a Scrum Master, Solutions Architect, Data Architect, Prompt Engineer, or similar roles is highly valued.
• Business, Strategy &/or Sales & Marketing Experience: Some experience working in any of these disciplines will be important. The founding team is deeply experienced in these ways, and can guide team members, who are expected to "run with it" and work independently once initial guidelines are provided.
• Startup Experience.  Ideally, experience working in startups, especially being able to independently work a problem without outside guidance, to benefit the entire team. This could mean setting up Google Workspace or Slack (including tags, folders, and ongoing usage instructions) or licensing a low code tool and setting it up (including assigning licenses to team and usage instructions)
